In her role as an associate in Mercer's Life, Absence, and Disability group (LAD), Tatiana serves as a national resource to develop, modify, and manage employers’ disability plans and absence programs.
Her experience includes implementation of life, disability and leave programs, internal process assessments, and regulatory compliance (e.g., FMLA, ADA, Statutory leave and disability). Specifically, she is one of the local NYPFL experts for the NY metro region. She also has an extensive background in the benchmark and design of paid time off programs that are competitive, compliant, and financially sustainable.
Tatiana received a bachelor’s degree in Applied Economics and Management with a concentration in Marketing and Strategy from Cornell University.

Scott joined CAPTRUST in 2007 as a senior vice president, financial advisor and is responsible for providing retirement plan advisory services to corporate fiduciaries. Prior to joining the firm, Scott served as vice president at Wall Street Access and as a marketing associate at retirement system group. Scott has worked in the industry since 1994. He received a Bachelor of Science degree in psychology from Union College, and holds Certified Employee Benefit Specialist (CEBS) and Accredited Investment Fiduciary (AIF®) designations. Scott was recognized in the industry with the Financial Times Top 401 Advisors in 2016 and 2017 along with being included in PlanAdviser’s Top 100 Retirement Plan Advisers in 2015 and 2018.
